"Shannon completed her yoga teachers training at the Sat Tirath Ashram in 2017. Her classes focus on self healing and activation of the parasympathetic nervous system. As a teenager she was diagnosed with multiple chronic illnesses and told she would be on monthly IVs and daily medications for the rest of her life. A few years after trying that route she decided she would take a more natural approach and figure out how to heal the incurable. She now takes no medications, having naturally healed almost all of her ailments and sound in the knowledge that she will heal the rest eventually. When she isn't teaching Kundalini yoga she manages an art gallery, reads Human Design charts, and researches anything and everything related to healing. Shannon believes that the body and the mind are truly capable of radical transformation and incredible healing. She hopes that when you leave class you'll feel a bit lighter, a bit brighter, and more confident than ever that you can heal."
